Favourite Mario game? (if you have one)
Close call, but Super Mario Odyssey. Even with spinoffs. Also, Super Mario Odyssey is definitely in the running for favourite video game, period. But that award might also go to Splatoon 3, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe or Kirby and the Forgotten Land. Not quite sure.

The items it's with Space, X and C are optional, and specify if you want to send forward or backward
Do you also use Spacebar for forwards and backwards
Basically it goes either forward or backward depending on the item
I feel bad if a Bob-omb goes backwards when you're in last place. (If that ever happens)

Personally I use the basic controls, it's been 7 and a half months, I've been used to it since then, and then I think that's the case for the majority of people
I don't use the default controls because I am not going to accidentally press X and look behind me.
Afterwards I don't use the keys around (I note that being French I have an AZERTY keyboard), so it's not a problem for me

For my movement, I use arrow keys for moving and shift for drifting and tricking. I use number pad 0 (you can use normal insert do not worry) for rear view since I do not use it so I will not be touching it anytime soon. I use Z for items, X for backwards and B for throwing forwards. I pause with Spacebar and use Backspace to quit. I inflate my balloon with Control.

I was wondering if there was any other fan games better than this. And I mean good tracks and that.
I don't know of any other fangame of this kind, but at the same time I've been there almost all the time for months, and then I'm a moderator now, so well
