Sometimes the best motivation is spite.
Also I'm sure there is a strategy to beating it, as I have seen people playing through the game just following a set routine. If this is the case, just learn the routine.

Are there different trophies for each cup besides bronze, silver and gold? I just did the mushroom cup and won and now I've got a trophy next to the icon.
I didn't perform that well though, like I got 6th place once so is there anything special you get for winning every race in a cup?

You can get bronze, silver and gold trophies and if you play enough you get new characters.

Why are some MKPCians victimizing themselves out of nothing these days ? Someone does not include you and that means they don't like you... no, they probably just did not have you in mind ! Not having someone on your desc's friendlist is not the sign they hate you neither ! People might not know about you, not have you on their mind and that doesn't mean they have something against you...

because it was the first game i played ever and it was probably the best mariokart game i ever played
MkWii is very nostalgic and still a good game but I think that after bcp 8 deluxe is better and double dash always has been.

Circuits advice;
Save mushrooms and take shortcuts. Stay of the middle of the track cuz that's where the CPUs go. If you stick to the side you can avoid some of their green shells, bananas and whatnot. why bother saying this it's like mkpc racing basics lol
Dodging obstacles;
Daisy. Handling. And if you bump into something anyway she's got great acceleration so hopefully better recovery.
You can also jump oil spills. Starting a drift could also help you jump out of the way of bigger obstacles, but it has to be perfectly timed.
Advice on characters;
Obviously I'm gonna talk about Daisy here, since you seem to really hate her stats for some reason. Despite having a fairly low speed characteristic, Daisy's handling makes her one of the best in the game. The good handling is essential for navigating twisted or thin tracks like rainbow road or Luigi circuit at maximum speed. She also gets drift boosts faster than other characters, meaning that when you use Daisy to drift, snake, or rd she more than compensates for the low initial speed stat. Her acceleration also helps get back in the race faster if you get hit.
Mario stats are ok, I learned the game with those and then adapted to others as I learned their respective strengths.
Birdo is kinda heavy, right? A little harder to control, but could bump other characters off the track. I don't recommend trying, though, the collision zones on karts are just bad, so it's a waste of time.
Bowser, DK, King Boo ... they suck. All weight and awful handling do not go well together. If you want their look use a custom character and change the stats.

If you get hit by a shell consistantly what is better, speed or acceleration? Also Daisy's better drift more than makes up for the lower speed.
