This makes me laugh so bad. Lately I've been liking MKWii a lot more than before, and back to my roots, I'm always doing 4 or 5 races with my dad. Since 2019, when I got the Wii, I would sometimes pick that track. My dad hated it and still hates it. For him, the challenge is to complete lap 2... I guess.
It also made me think of the times when I thought the MK Channel was still existing. With my run with little to no flaws, I would always check... I was very close to the WR, until people went crazy. Anyways, the visuals on Wii were magnificent, while they look kinda lackluster on Tour. I guess it's stardust Rosalina forgot to clean.

I also had to take a break on MKPCverse for one long month (what people doesn't know is that I actually prepared many comebacks but was never able to finish them) because I was out of ideas and kinda fed up regarding the fanfic. Look at Mr now I'm back in force, doing way longer episodes than before etc. Let him time if that's what he needs. Don't force him and don't put pressure on him.

SNES Rainbow Road (because it's a rule that this course must appear in every single Mario Kart game)
But MKDS has the Fake Item Box.
That was a joke. I don't think SNES Rainbow Road should be in every single game and I'm tired of it always being remade when almost every other Rainbow Road (except Mario Kart 64's Rainbow Road) is better.
So which one should we REALLY use?
All of them, but only one per game.
DS could have used SNES Rainbow Road
Wii could have used N64 Rainbow Road
7 could have used GBA Rainbow Road
8 could have used GCN Rainbow Road
DS Rainbow Road could have been brought back as one of the original 16 DLC courses
And the BCP could've used Wii Rainbow Road
The BCP is already gonna use Wii Rainbow Road....
And I'm glad 64 & GBA Rainbow aren't in Wii or 7, they'd suck.
And butcher GCN for 8, but that's a totally different argument.
Wii Rainbow Road hasn't been confirmed by Nintendo yet, but I think it should return as it would be a great idea for Nintendo to finish off the DLC with the Best Rainbow Road EVER, in my opinion.
I'm pretty sure that it'll be added to Tour, it's a really easy one to add, minus the cannon, & we've already got 3DS which is much wilder, so fingers crossed.
It might not be added to Tour, because Shroom Ridge isn't. It probably will get in at some point because it's a fan favourite. Also there's a cannon in DK Mountain so they could just change the textures.
I meant the cannon effects. And also I've heard that the slanted road gravity(eg. Wario's Pirate Ship on Wario Shipyard)can't just be placed whenever like standard road, & that's basically what the entire course is, including the exit to the cannon.

Anyways I feel like we don't need to fix the retro selection of MKDS, it's maybe not the best at all but it's an error that Nintendo saw and took in account and improved in the later games.

Tbh I didn't even bother to call them "rectangle tracks" when they started to appear, to me the circle, oval, square, and rectangle tracks are ALL the same thing. Lazy layout, generally very little to no elements nor creativity, always the same themes (its either Ribbon Road or Mario Circuit) so to me all of those circuits are really all the same, kinda useless circuits tbh. Even if I don't think they should be deleted anymore (due to freedom of creation and all of that stuff) they're still low effort tracks. I wished the people behind those tracks actually did more effort and tried more to get a good result.
