I'm also having this problem. I tried to publish a few challenges a month ago as a way to unlock characters for my newest multicup. Neither of them have been approved yet, and there are 3 empty slots in my character roster that nobody can play.
That's the problem. Sometimes the validator complete your challenge without refusing/validating it

And yes, there are a lot of challenegs so validators maybe not see yours ? Because me too I'm waiting for validation. I think you just should go in DM and tell the validators you have this challenge to validate

Instead of complainting try to create better tracks. People can dislike your tracs, it's perfectly normal. People can give constructive critiscism. And listen this. You can become better and better. Look at me. My current tracks are way better than my first complete mode tracks. So improve it ! Good luck.
I know you can do this. Just avoid tracks with a Google random image of tracks like among us. They don't fit to the game itself. I know this isn't easy, but you can do it.just do whatever you want on this topic
