Okay seriously, how would we know what the SMB movie's rainbow road would look like? That just feels impossible, and I can only see that in theatres. So Round 1 is just shitty!

ALl you can see is just segments of the Rainbow Road part, can we just make an old Rainbow Road from previous MK games and make it SMB Movie style?

MKWii has more bangers than DS. Sure DS has unique stuff but MKWii has Mushroom Gorge, Toad's Factory, Coconut Mall, DK Summit, Wario's Gold Mine, and more. DS is just bland and has less quality

In this TBC, there are 2 themes: Main theme and Side theme. You will get all 8 side themes at once, but main themes will be given once per round. Each round will last 2-3 weeks, though you can finish the track after those 2 weeks with a 5 point penalty. I will also be participating, but not for any points. Anyway, here is the scoring system.
Scoring: 20
Gameplay: 12
Layout: 2 - Is the layout interesting?
Design: 3 - Was the track designed well?
Variety: 2 - Variety of sections
Collisions: 2 - Walls, Holes, Off-Road
Decors: 1 - Decors
Other: 2 - Everything else
Art: 8
Looks: 2 - Does the track look good?
Theming: 2 - Does it have good theming?
Decoration: 2 - Does it have good decorations (Includes decors)?
Music: 1 - Does it sound good?
Background: 1 - Does the background look good?
Tracks will also be put into tiers based on how many points they get:
Legendary: 19-20 (5 Stars)
Amazing: 17-18 (5 Stars)
Great: 15-16 (4 Stars)
Good: 13-14 (4 Stars)
Average: 11-12 (3 Stars)
Mid: 9-10 (3 Stars)
Bad: 7-8 (2 Stars)
Terrible: 5-6 (2 Stars)
Awful 3-4 (1 Star)
Unplayable 1-2 (1 Star)
