Welcome to MKPCOCG! I will make the project, you make the cards.
Make cards here: https://pokecardmaker.net/. Submit them!
We need 140 cards!
Booster Packs coming soon!
Rules:
1. Basics
Every card is one of 4 types: White, Green, Red and Blue.
The cards are either Support (required for Attacks), Normal (performing Attacks), or Partner (performing Power Skills and SP Skills).
2. About the cards
You can only have one Partner card in your deck.
You can place a "New" card in the Center and let them perform.
The card in the Center is also called the "Center card". To begin the game, you need at least 1 "New" card to set as the Center card.
Cards with "Spot" written in the top left corner are "Spot cards" and you can place them on the stage just like "New" cards.
The card in the Collab position is a "Collab card".
3. Warm-up
Select your Partner card and place it in the Partner position face down.
The winner of a rock, paper, scissors game decides who goes first.
Draw seven cards from your deck in the middle right.
The first hand is 7-card, which contains cards (1) - (5) and 2 other random cards. But you have the option to redraw.
To briefly go through the redraw process, return all the cards in your hand to the deck. Shuffle it again, and then draw 7 new cards.
After the first redraw, if you don't have a card with "New" written on the top left corner, show your entire hand to your opponent to make sure that there are no cards with "New" on them. You must redraw until you draw a card with "New" on it. With each redraw, you draw 1 less card. This means that if you don't have a "New" card in your hand, you have to start the game with fewer cards.
Next, place a "New" card from your hand onto the stage right in front of you.
Please take a look at card (1) in your hand.
If it's a "New" card, place it in the Center face down.
Once both sides are finished this setup, it's time to say "Live Start!" and flip the Center and Partner cards.
One final thing is to prepare your Life.
Life is prepared by the cards in the bottom left deck called the Support cards. They are in the Support deck in the bottom left. Life depends on the number in the bottom right corner of your Partner card, which may either be 4, 5 or 6. Put that number of Support cards in the Life deck, which is right above the Support deck.
4. Gameplay
When you begin your turn, please follow these steps in order.
1. Reset Phase (skipped on the first turn of both players)
2. Draw Phase
3. Support Phase
4. Main Phase
5. Performance Phase (skipped on the first turn of the first player)
6. End Phase
After the End Phase, pass the turn to your opponent.
First is the Reset Phase. Take cards that were in collab back on the stage and turn them sideways to indicate they're resting, or ready up resting cards. Resting cards cannot Collab or use Attacks.
If the Center position is empty, place a card from the Stage there.
During the Draw Phase, draw one card from the top of your deck.
Next is Support Phase! Draw one card from your Support deck and send it to one of the cards in the Center, the Partner position (to the right of the Center) or the Collab position (to the left of the Center). For the first turn, send the Support card underneath the Center card. This phase must be done every turn.
NOTE: You can only attach Support cards of the same type as the card which will be Supported.
In the Main Phase, first place cards (2) and (3) on the stage.
There are many other actions you can take during your turn, but in the first player's turn, your options are limited. However, there is one more useful thing that you can do this turn, and it's the "Collab".
Collab can only be used once per turn. To perform it, first place one card from the top of your deck face down next to your Partner card in the "Power" area. By accumulating cards in the "Power" area, you can move a card that is currently on the stage to the Collab position. A "Collab Effect" is an ability that activates when a card performs a Collab from the stage.
Time for the Performance Phase! Here, the Center or Collab card can use Attacks to deal damage to a Center or a Collab card. When a card has 0 HP left, it is downed and the player whose card is downed loses a life.
Downed cards are moved to the Archive (below your deck) with their Support cards. The player who lost a life reveals the top Support card from his Life deck and sends it to the Partner, Center or Collab card.
Here, Partner cards can use Power Skills and SP Skills, which use Power. The Power used is moved to the Archive.
End Phase: the player ends their turn.
5. Winning conditions
A player wins if:
1. he reduces his opponent's life to 0,
2. he removes all opposing cards from the stage (except for the Partner card),
3. the opponent has no cards in their deck at the start of the Draw Phase.

mkpc has honestly just gotten boring for me , players are dropping like crazy like in 2023/2024 there were like avg 25 to lowest 17. i belive its because of all the forum kids destroying every topic they come across. i barely log on every 15 days and i honestly just quit playing and just focused on looking at the forum a bit every 10 days.
i feel u, the forum kids are just making everything worse, people making useless topics, toxic people, weird, just weird people, the moderation isn't that great, i dont see the mods on that much. when bad people hop on they are no where to be found. its pretty relatable. im starting to find it boring too. the only thing keeping me on is the friends i made and to chat. other than that i dont care about leaving

u forgot ds rr and snes rr
reason: snes is really thin, hard to see jumps so that messes u up
no walls to back u up
Dont even get me started on ds rr bro there is so many reasons
I think you forgot that the thing that separates rainbow Roads from other tracks is the very hard difficulty. It's supposed to be hard, just like MKPC Grand Prix Mode, which also really triggers me.
Ikr, and ds rr is so easy to get bumped off, snes rr too

Why did Nintendo think that people would enjoy driving in large, unavoidable off-road areas with such annoying physics
?"Thanks Nintendo!"

WAIT JEAN NO
do you have any other device that you can play on like a personal laptop? if not, you can be on mobile. though the experience will be a bit worse, it's still something that you can still play on.
