did you know that you can go off the course in DK pass? I just get off and drive around going in and out of the map, it's super fun!
It's also possible in Airship Fortress and DS Mario Circuit. Probably others too, I just haven't tested too many

had once thought of a custom track that combines the 56 base tracks of MKPC with the override (i think its called, i havent done any track making recently) feature, where 1 each of 56 laps (inspect edited) is 1 lap of one track and a distance before the finish line, the map switches to the next track, and so on.

It's probably fine to take base game tracks if they're significantly changed which this very much is. The new rules probably just don't want two million Figure 8 Circuits to show up
