Because I’m bored out of my mind, I decided to make a Mario Kart Roster, but YOU can submit a character for this roster, but there are some rules.

If you see any bad blocks, it will do another check to fix the bad blocks. If I recall correctly, the first scan had about 20 bad blocks, and the 2nd scan fixed all the bad blocks.
