The TBC results are finally here! Apologies for the really long wait, as you could imagine the judges were pretty busy. Thank you to everyone who participated in the contest, and it was great to see a large number of tracks this contest. You will all receive points based on your score (it may take some time before it's visible).
3rd Place:
We actually had a tie for 3rd place with a score of 18.625/20. These submissions were:

- RHGP2 Minish Village by @RHcks
2nd Place:
With a score of 19/20.

MK World - It's only real big issue are the intermissions
And that it has only 30 tracks (and that's if you count Peach Beach, cuz it might as well be an intermission.)But most of those 30 tracks are some of the most high quality most fun to play tracks in the series.

I'll start by saying that I've never been to good at art so my tracks are definitely weaker than others who have replied to this topic. The good news is that all most of them are playable.
Favorite: Rolling Log Bog - https://mkpc.malahieude.net/map.php?i=196538 - I thought I cooked with the idea and I thought it was executed well too.
Least Favorite: Ultimate Pick a Path - https://mkpc.malahieude.net/map.php?i=161389 - The name speaks for itself. Also incredibly broken with the walls.
Highest Rated: Rail Race - https://mkpc.malahieude.net/map.php?i=201668 - My actual highest rated is my multicup but I won't count that. This was made after the rail update and then almost immediately blown out of the water by Wargor in the Advent Calendar.
Lowest Rated: Peppermint Raceway - https://mkpc.malahieude.net/map.php?i=165101 - I didn't count any that were unrated. This was my first ever TBC entry and it's not that good. I didn't know how to adjust jump heights making it incredibly annoying.
Best Track: N64 Koopa Troopa Beach - https://mkpc.malahieude.net/map.php?i=194471 - Can be found in coolmonkey's Retro Rewind multicup. I definitely cooked with this one.
Worst Track: Definitely Baby Park - https://mkpc.malahieude.net/circuit.php?id=169904 - I made this one for my friends to try to beat and it's long, annoying, and difficult.
Most Average: Mario Circuit - https://mkpc.malahieude.net/map.php?i=192370 - Not bad but it can be difficult to make an actually good Mario Circuit.

Honestly like half of these problems would be solved instantly if we just got rid of the message counter entirely, it has only caused problems. React check if you agree
I don't understand why it's still in the game after all of the problems it has created. Also, I find it sad how many people I find on the forum that I have NEVER raced before online. Its almost as if they forgot this is a Mario Kart game.

Dang no one wants to go through the horrors of making Wario stadium, shy guy bazaar, and airship fortress lmao
And by “horrors” i mean if you wanna make all the rails work. @BowserJr03 made it work, so just copy what he did in crown city 1 (it’s featured in here)
Please if someone wants to make these then add the 46735863 other paths and rails PLEASE IT’D BE PEAK.
Edit: also the reason no one wants to make desert hills is either because it sucks and is the worst track in the series and should’ve been gba yoshi desert cuz gba has no tracks in world for some dumb reason, OR people are having a hard time creating the 🗿 *vine boom*

I sort of made it work on Wario Stadium a few weeks ago by just having the rail shortcuts used by the WR be alternate paths. My art sucks though ngl lol

So you know the overrides right? if some way we can get the whole map together (everytime you go to an edge of a certain part of the map) the override would activate eventually switching to the next part of the map
Couldn't this also work for making a more detailed Mario Kart World Rainbow Road?

Hey bro, I think they won't accept it since the design compared to other tracks is ugly (no offense) and for example there are no rails sorry
I know, I made it for my own multicup but it doesn't hurt to just post the link just in case.
