Sundae Tour with... is it NS Sky High Sundae or just Sky High Sundae? It was very clearly meant to debut in Tour but given the current situation... Is this some kind of Smash 4 thing?
Definitely a Melee & Roy thing, hoping it's listed as Tour once it arrives bc that's what it really should be
@Knoah was it confirmed? I haven't seen anything official about it, they usually announce the next tour at the halfway mark of the current one(Wednesday)
They normally announce it on the Friday before the next tour, with the occasional Thursday teaser.

Why did they pick Mario Circuit 3 of all the SNES Circuits? And why add a new course to a pass based on retros? Why not replace it with Merry Mountain? And why Snow Land of all GBA courses? And no texture update either. Very disappointing.
Edit: I just remembered that if they replaced Sky High Sundae with Merry Mountain, it would come directly after Snow Land. My mistake.

I'm sorry about this bad review I gave. I typed this up only two seconds after watching the trailer, which didn't give me enough time to digest just how cool this was. Sure, the grass and rock "textures" haven't changes yet, but the rest of the courses look stunning. And since I became a Mario fan because of MKWii, I'm glad to see Mushroom Gorge make a return, as well as MC3 I guess, though the remix isn't that great. I like SNES-y music, but not when it's in the same game as their incredible Tokyo Blur remaster. Other than that, I can't say much bad stuff about this wave. Sure looks better than Wave 1.

I just watched Nathaniel Bandy play the new tracks, and here on my thoughts.
All of these look like they could fit in the base game. Like I said before, a lot better than Wave 1.
That sax on Sydney Sprint. Smaller range, but at the same time, more energetic.
MUSHROOM GORGE, BABY! Growing up with the Wii version, I love how they've kept the track almost the same in every entry, since it's pretty much perfect.
Sky High Sundae is one of the best Mario Kart songs of all time.

For what seems like a beginner's experience. Sonic Mega Universe isn't all that bad, though the lands are more bland and lifeless compared to Sonic Speed Simulator, and sometimes my character will just slow down for no reason. Just a bug I thought I'd let you know about.

I wouldn't mind one of my bad tracks being remade, but since I can't decide which of my really old tracks you should remake, just pick any course from my Mario Kart Complete series. (Complete, 64, Consoles Collide, DS, or Wii)

I made the most chaotic version of Baby Park ever. You can go in any direction as long as you cross the finish line during the first lap. Combine this with 200cc and a large amount of racers, and you're sure to have a fun time. (Excuse the lack of decor. It's a work in progress.)

I like how it's more accurate to Bowser nowadays, but wasn't this supposed to be Super Mario Kart Deluxe? Bring back his SMK sprite! (Koopa is an exception. He was just plain ugly in SMK.)
Why I'm Not a Mario Strikers Person

Did anybody ask? No. Did I want to give my thoughts anyway? Why else would I be making this? I kinda like the idea of Mario being darker and edgier, but I kinda feel like this series is TOO dark and edgy. I'm gonna list the problems I have with it.
The Stages:
All the fields just look like generic places that could be put into any video game franchise without question. Just remove the audience and the two Mario references per game and this may as well be Extreme FIFA. Battle League fixes this, but it took Next Level three whole tries to make Strikers feel like a Mario series.
The Music:
I'm not a rock fan. It makes sense in Sonic and F-Zero, but who the heck wants to listen to a heavy metal remix of the NSMB overworld theme that sounds nothing like it? There were different genres in Charged, but in the other games, there's no variety.
Calm Down, Yoshi:
There'd be a small chance I'd change my mind about how over-the-top Strikers is, IF EVERYONE DIDN'T LOOK SO FRICKIN' PISSED. I get it, you guys are kinda competitive, but it's a damn game of soccer, not The Hunger Games. You're not gonna die. You may get a shock, but it'll only last a few seconds.
So yeah, those are my thoughts on Strikers. I understand that everyone has their own opinion, but after the Daisy DLC (those two words do not belong in the same Strikers-related sentence,) I decided to give a little rant about it. If you like Strikers, that's okay. It's just not for me, even though I have a Wii.
