Who's "Oogtar"?
Ooogtar is one of the characters in Super Mario World. He talks in third person, has an annoying voice, and has all the qualities that Toad had in Super Show and Mario 3. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any YouTube footage of just him.

So Jammin' Jungle's experiencing another slowdown. There are a couple of obstacles I really want to include (a snake that behaves like a weaving bus, and an Ukiki throwing down banana peels like a Fire Plant), but I don't have the tools to make those like I used to, and spamming trees to fill space ain't gonna work. There's a whole third of the track without any decor, and I can't really figure out what to put there.

Throughout 2025, I've slowly been releasing individual tracks, and while I didn't wanna commit to a multicup since that somehow pressures me to the point of giving up every time, I've decided to put all my tracks going forward into another soft reboot of my Mario Kart Complete series. Get ready for...

Since MKPC News is presumed dead, this will be the home for updates on this project (and where you might find its inevitable cancellation, but let's not think about that right now.)
