Kamek was removed due to being a replacement for DK incase Rare didn’t let Nintendo use him (I think)

Hey guys, i'm pretty sure everyone's got that DLC, but i don't have it and i have no money (the Nintendo Switch is my 20 and a half years old brother's console but he lets me play it almost everytime). I have no Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack so can someone give me a download code not used? (i'm not encouraging piracy btw

2: I’m not sure why Nintendo made it so people without the DLC can still listen to the soundtrack. Most likely scenario is that it’s intentional, although there’s a place you can listen to music called YouTube (and Spotify and whatnot).
Don't matter to me, I still like the soundtracks, and I can just go play the Mariokart it's from if I want to play the course.

Frankly I think Spiny Shell is a stupid name, because while you could argue it's just because the shell has spines, the name implies it's the shell of a Spiny enemy, and it clearly isn't because those are red and don't have wings. Also the other shells in Mario Kart are named after their colour. But really nobody cares what you call it if it makes sense
