Do you know that this is supposed to be based off Super Mario Kart ? And even aside from that, why would you have Wii, DS and WiiU and why not all themes from the same game ??

Well, she is basically the Rocker Harpy from PuyoPuyo Quest but with another name cause it was the Blower Pot cause it hates her and wants to murder her basically as she does her job, Blower Pot likes to make many different characters to work cause its evil.
