Citra is the best multiplatform 3DS emulator, and they have it for Android, and if your phone is capable (running MKWii I don't see why not) you can play the rom if you get it from RomsPedia (hshop but for emulation)
Sooo, my phone has snapdragon 685 with 6gb of ram, I can play some wii games like mkwii (time trial), I tried ace attorney dual destinies on a poor emulator but it went badly as soon as Apollo came along

You're talking about Xenoblade Chronicles? If so, probably 3DS or Switch. I'd go 3DS all the way if you have a New 3DS.
