My Fav Item It's The Classic Bullet Bill It Can Work When Your About To Lose And It Mostly Helps Me When I'm In The Final Lap Of A Track Like For Example I'm In Last Place And I'm On Baby Park And I Have A Bullet Bill And It Makes Me Win When I Thought I Was Gonna Lose The Race

Citra is the best multiplatform 3DS emulator, and they have it for Android, and if your phone is capable (running MKWii I don't see why not) you can play the rom if you get it from RomsPedia (hshop but for emulation)
Sooo, my phone has snapdragon 685 with 6gb of ram, I can play some wii games like mkwii (time trial), I tried ace attorney dual destinies on a poor emulator but it went badly as soon as Apollo came along
