Cool Update Ideas.

I like the idea of increasing the QM track size, but I think it would be even better if we could also adjust the number of laps instead of being stuck with three. Some tracks feel too short, while others could use fewer laps to keep things from dragging. Another thing that would be cool is a way to tweak item frequency instead of just selecting which ones appear - imagine being able to reduce how often Lightning shows up or increase the chances of getting Triple Mushrooms in certain positions. Also, has anyone ever thought about adding dynamic weather? Something like rain making the track slippery or fog limiting visibility could add an extra challenge without changing the core mechanics too much.

Mario Kart PC Emulator

Mario Kart 8 is such a great game, and I'd love to play it on PC without having to jump through hoops just to get it running. But realistically, Nintendo will never do it. Their entire business model is built around selling hardware, no matter how much demand there is.
It reminds me of the old card games Nintendo used to publish - stuff like Clubhouse Games (or even earlier, when they made actual playing cards). There were some great ones on DS and 3DS, but now? Now I have to dig through online alternatives just to find something remotely similar. I’ve checked out reviews here and tried a few games, but they all have a completely different vibe. Same theme, sure, but not the same feel. Instead of making it easier for people to enjoy these classics, Nintendo just lets them fade away.
Imagine a world where they actually brought their old games to PC instead of letting them disappear or spending millions taking down emulators. Wild concept, right?
