Answer is 2.5D, not 2D because 2D is like Super Mario Bros, and 2.5D is like a Donkey Kong 2D game where the ground and other stuff is more 3D-like. Get it? Basically how this works is you take your birthday to find what is YOUR Mario Kart track.
For example if it was March 3rd, you go to the month section to find March, which says: From Mario Kart 7.
Then you go to the date section to find your track, which when you find 3, it would say: 3rd track of Flower Cup. Meaning your track is Music Park, being the 3rd flower up track in Mario Kart 7.
