A goomba named Matt + an episode centered around him.
Donald Duck (if you have no problem with Disney characters).
A few crossover ideas (all crossover are untitled as I do not have any name ideas):
Untitled Waluigi/Pokemon anime crossover (pre Hoenn).

Mario Circuit 5, Excitebike Arena and N64 Bowser's Castle. These three tracks appear twice in the multicup, so it makes them the worst tracks.
