They were new to making the DLC passes so they made a bright mood like palette of colors except for Ninja Hideway because the track is at night

Remember,the first checkpoint counts as a start line (Unless you’re using sections), and is therefore have to be put where you have the start at. The other checkpoints have to be crossed in ORDER, TO MAKE THE LAP COUNT. There are also optional checkpoints, that makes shortcuts still useful for lap counting without skipping any checkpoints not marked as optional . Checkpoints are one of the most important parts of creating a track in general, and it is the most hardest to master. Be sure to thank me if this helps
