Hello, MKPCians. Today I’ll start on a fanfic called: Mario Kart 8 Deluxe: REVIVAL
Yes, it will be a Mario Kart themed fanfic. Character submissions will be open until June 24th. You can put up to 2 characters only, but you can insert more than that and I’ll select the best 2 in my opinion.
Note: Fanfic writing will be slow, due to summer break. I plan to make this long, so when school starts back up again, I’ll write this more often. Insert ya characters NOW (jk)

Here are my characters:
Joshua (Character 1)
He's an oak tree, with green leaves. His personality is a fairly nice guy, and he's very competitive. He jokes a lot, but most, if not all of his jokes are unfunny. He is a medium-sized character, although he uses a large bike (specifically, the Shooting Star) and the Super Glider, so he's pretty good at racing. But he also gets overwhelmed by people that are taller than him, so his competitive self tries to get better than them as soon as possible. He also has an ability to transform his leaves into anything, whether it's just for fun or if it's to mess up the other players. His favorite color is the hex code #24b918, and he also has a brother, which we're gonna get to... NOW!
Daniel (Character 2)
He's an autumn tree, and, like we alluded to earlier, is Joshua's little brother. His personality is like the opposite of Joshua's. He's mean, gets mad over everything, and he's chooses the opposite choice of his brother's, if he is able to. He is a small-sized character, he uses the Tiny TItan kart and the Bowser Kite glider. He gets overwhelmed by blue people, since blue is his least favorite color, so he tries to get better than them, but most of the time they fail to do so. Like his brother, he also has the ability to morph his leaves, and he only uses them to mess up the other players. His favorite color is the hex code #dc8100.
That's just it.
those are really good characters ngl, but I don’t know how I will work with trees instead of a human or a alien that is shaped like a human.

Even though Donkey Kong JR. is shown with their overworld-ish sprites, the map shows him as Donkey Kong. This is literally misleading and I will NOT take that!

In the normal Super Mario Kart, you get a little bit of time to get out of the water before you drown, but in Mario Kart PC, the millisecond you touch a little millimeter of water, you drown instantly. This can get very annoying, especially in Koopa Beach 2.

I'm making a Mario Kart game using the original 41 tracks MKPC has, including Vanilla Lake 2 and Bowser Castle 3. I'm trying to avoid tracks with the same track theme, and to help with that, I put it on a notepad, so there are currently 25 left.
What is Mario Kart Driven Dealings?

How many cups will there be, in this game?
There will be as many as MKPC lets me. So, 10.

1Mario Kart PC Nuzlocke Rules

You choose a random character to play as first. Custom characters aren't allowed.
Then, pick a random cup. Your character has to go in either first, second or third. If your character goes in fourth or under, you cannot play as that character again, at least, until the nuzlocke ends. Custom cups aren't allowed.
This will go on until one character is remaining. In order to finally win this nuzlocke, you must come in first on the final remaining cup with that final remaining character. You can't come in second, nor third, you MUST come in first.

This should be fairly easy considering the CPUs are in difficult mode. If I use Bowser Glitch on the characters I can hopefully get the good handling, which is all that matters.
If I come 3rd or above, I can use the same character right? And I can only play a cup once right?
