Alright, I will say my opinion on this opinion.
For SNES Bowser Castle 2, I don't understand what is better in this track that it is not in the other tracks, I never understood the STOP, but this track is kinda fun I guess, I think I'm just trigered by this track, because on MKPc, it has no walls.
For GBA Rainbow Road, I agree, I like the gimmick of having jumps as limits, it offers fun races, but it's kinda broken. I would like to play this track with all the jumps, I think it's funny.
For GCN Bowser's Castle I don't really agree, there's nothing much special, even if it's a cool track and a huge upgrade from SNES, N64 and GBA, it's still kind of... "cliché". (french word to describe a stereotype)
For DS Airship Fortress I can agree, this track is cool and should deserve more love since Waluigi Pinball takes all the love even if it clearly doesn't deserve that.
For Wii Maple Treeway, I sorta agree, but one thing annoyed me : the wooden trees parts are really annoying since they're slidy and that's... very annoying...
For 3DS PPP, I disagree, the theming is nice but... I don't know, it's good but there is better courses.
For WiiU one I can understand, though some tracks are more detailed/better,

For SNES Bowser Castle 2, I don't understand what is better in this track that it is not in the other tracks, I never understood the STOP, but this track is kinda fun I guess, I think I'm just trigered by this track, because on MKPc, it has no walls.
N64 kalimari Desert
For Kalimari Desert, I think this track is really empty and the train saves nothing... That's a cool gimmick but the MK7 version added shortcuts, and the MKT variations now allows us to drive into the cavern.. That's very nice. The original is very bland... GBA Rainbow Road

SNES Bowsers castle 2: I like trolls
N64 Kalimari desert: I don’t really care about any n64 tracks other than the retro tracks but I like the train gimmick
GBA rainbow road: the only problem I can think of is the Mario kart pc version having fake ramps
GCN bowsers castle: it has one of my favourite music (if remix’s count then my favourite) and it looks like a super fun track from what I’ve seen of it (I haven’t played double dash)
DS airship fortress: most ds tracks aren’t memorable (other than waluigi a pinball (because everybody never shuts up about it) and this)
Wii maple treeway: could have been toads factory, Koopa cape or maple treeway but I decided that I liked maple treeway more
3DS piranha pipe plantway (that is what I like to call it now, deal with it) I put it there due to my bias for piranha plants
Wii U cloudtop cruise: favourite track that I’ve played but if I had played GCN BC (not on Mario kart pc) then that might be my favourite track. The only contender is wild woods

An idea for the nitro tracks if you want to participate is that you get to make them (I will still make some) if you want to do it then there a couple restrictions to not have a problem like the MK8 booster course pass where everything looks different so a restriction is that 3 lap tracks are 100 by 100 pixel art and 1 lap tracks are 200 by 200 pixel art. I will credit you.

About secret characters: 2 things.

I personally feel like Waluigi is too cringy a reward for Star Cup, which could be difficult. Toadette's unlock might be too easy in my opinion, but it makes more sense than Wii's
Toadette is mushroom cup since she is mushroom head and waluigi since I want either waluigi oasis or waluigi arcade in star cup
