This is the place where you can talk about obscure games that not many people talk about on the internet. Haven't seen any topic like this before, but sorry if I'm accidentallystealing borrowing your topic.
A game I like is a Mario Maker-style game called Levelhead. It's great for making complex contraptions with its switch system, and the player character, called GR-18, is very flexible, so it's good for kaizo levels as well. It also handles death much better, as it only takes half a second to respawn.

Google says it's downloadable on Android, but it's not free... Sorry!
Edit: At least, I don't think it is...
Another edit: I looked it up, people on YouTube are saying there's an Android demo... I'm not sure
