In fact, you can easily play MKPC offline by downloading a .webarchive version into your computer 
You can then open the .webarchive file and play in Grand Prix, VS Race or Battle...
The only problems with this trick:
- You have to download a separate file for every custom cup/track/battle.
- You can't do this on mobile, only on computer/laptop.

How do i make computer players set to easy on any cup, if not, then give me the code for the console.
I found a way to do this with the console.Steps:
1. Go on the cup you want to play.
2. Right click on the custom character icon, then activate the console.
