Missle (Weak): Acts like a green shell, but tumbles them.
Missle (Normal): Acts like a red shell, but tumbles them.
Missle (Strong): Acts like a blue shell, but follows the track, when a racer touches that missle, he/she tumbles.
Weather Cloud: Slows other racers by 50%. When you touch the racer that's below the weather cloud, it spins out.
