There really is no point in banning them. Not a single one of these people have been online in 5 years minimum. Don't search for people to ban, just when you see something reportable report it

I think we should F leagues with E and D leagues, and it's not allowed reverse drifting to make it fair,
Then C leagues with B leagues, and reverse drifting is not allowed
So: Before 10k, no reverse drifting nor ultra cuts
A leagues with S leagues, and reverse drifting is optional. Ultra shortcuts are allowed
S+ leagues with the other ones, because I know that many S+ are very good (I might have a skill issue)
And reverse drifting and ultra cuts are mandatory to win
Then C leagues with B leagues, and reverse drifting is not allowed
