He has been best friends with Olivia since 1st grade and tries to take things in the most positive way possible. He likes video games, anything with Mario, hanging out with friends, music, watching and playing hockey, and writing fictional stories.

I think by email address would work, but I also think that maybe instead of completely banning everyone under 13 from the forum, they should just be more restricted, for example, maybe a limit of daily or weekly messages and topics.
