I personally think that they should do a sort of age verification thing. I think by email address would work, but I also think that maybe instead of completely banning everyone under 13 from the forum, they should just be more restricted, for example, maybe a limit of daily or weekly messages and topics.
Or maybe, ban every under 13 that’s toxic

You probably reloaded the "responde" page twice. That sends your message twice in Chrome.
I do use Chrome but I also use Edge.
