Actually, no because Mario kart Wii was released 17 years ago. Mario Kart Wii was the first game to have Toad's Factory. This topic was probably created as a joke anyway, but either way it is not 30 years old yet.

In Luigi Circuit on 2024-06-23 at 08:21:18good track other than a few issues. if you fall off in the 'incinerator' section then it respawns you before it, causing you to lose a lot of time and is not friendly to beginners. also the last lap there is too many goombas. 4/5
