No you dont they're explaining poorly and you're unable to interpret it

While you're logged in, on the main site there should be a box in the bottom right, if you click Members Area it will show every online member, now you can start a conversation with any user by clicking their name and clicking Chat, or alternatively you can click All my conversations to view every conversation you've had, or if you type the name of the user you want to message in the box that appears you can start a new conversation with anyone

"overrated does not mean bad" and you list off tracks most people either dislike or are indifferent to.
I'd argue the rainbow roads are actually quite underrated cause DS in particular can be fun to drive when you get the turns down. Snes uhhhhh maybe not but at least it has a high skill ceiling.
