The only computer Pokemon I know of with tournaments is Showdown. Also, do you mean Popplio? If so, I'd advise against it, atleast on Showdown. LC is not for beginners, it's for sweatlords with 7 years in the game.

Popplio is pretty cute, I'll admit, but definitely not even remotely usable, especially in this batshit insane Generation
