Bubble Flower. It breaks everything. You can beat at least one Special World course without Wonder Flower because of it.

if you're talking about official powerups, it's gotta be either the drill shroom or ice flower for me

or if you're talking about unofficial / fanmade powerups then the darksi cherry and bronze cap have got to be my favourites

Blue shell, mega mushroom, Boomarang Flower, and hmmm, P-wing. I have a power-up from a mod of MvLO (fan-made) does that count for a p-up to say it's another fav'?
