How do I get good at MKPC?

I recently started MKPC and when I looked at the leaderboard for
Mario circuit 1 I saw the fastest time and he used a technique called sneaking how do I do that?

Plus I know how to drift im not dumb

the technique is actually called reverse drifting and i dont do it sooo

1: Welcome to the website!

2: I mean, the game tells you the controls right off the bat, knowing how to drift doesn't necessarily make you not dumb.

3: The technique that the world records use is actually called reverse drifting (snaking does exist but it's way slower). As for teaching it, you'll have to wait for somebody who knows it to see this.

For more information, you drift as sharp as possible, pressing and releasing [back] along the way, like this.

Left,Hop,Accel
Left,Hop,Accel,Back
Left,Hop,Accel
Left,Hop,Accel,Back
Left,Hop,Accel
Left,Hop,Accel,Back

These are the buttons you use. Note that you can replace Left with Right and it will still work.
