This is Mario Kart [fanfic]

*sighs* Alright guys... it's time for a new fanfic. A lot of fanfics have been popping up recently, but most of them are just some variation on Mario Kart. I want to do something different and unique. I hereby present:

This Is Mario Kart
!!!Notice!!!
You must, along with your submission, add a Double Dash partner, special item, special abilities if you want, and AGE. (If you don't have a DD partner you can just make an opposite-gender character to your normal fanfic character {Like GamerGuy and GamerGirl}) YOU MUST ALSO INCLUDE PERSONALITY AND COLOUR. Note that you can SUBMIT AS MANY CHARACTERS AS YOU WANT. Also, I want to experiment with something I call pair groups. For example:

Nommanic and Nashatra: Wait, so we're supposed to say the exact same thing?
Kevin and Stella: ...you just did.
Nommanic and Nashatra: ...rrriiiggghhhttt...
Phanto and Opulent: ...and at the exact same time.
GamerGuy and GamerGirl: Wait have you noticed in each pair group the male character is written first?
Phanto and Opulent: Yeah, but the writer of this dialouge (@OCM) decided to change it from "Opulent and Phanto:" to "Phanto and Opulent:" to fit that pattern, even though "Opulent and Phanto:" sounds better. (To him, at least.)

She has some "powers" that nobody believes in.

She also has some "powers," the same as Diamonds. She has some radical views and a very powerful slap.

Nommanic Folloreht
Similar to Nashatra's if she joins, (snarky and sarcastic), but also pedantic and nonchalant. He feels an urge to correct people. His favorite Pokemon are Hisuian Typhlosion, Alolan Raichu, Alolan Golem, Hisuian Electrode, Alolan Exeggutor, and Alolan Marowak.
Kart: MKPC Daisy Kart
Special Item: TM, allows him to use a Pokemon move from Gen IV and below.
Special Abilities: Reverse Drifting (obviously), OOB cuts, and the ability to constantly pull mushrooms at first place.
DD Partner: Opulent
Age: 25
Pair Group: Nashatra if she joins.

Opulent Crafty Mystic Folloreht
She is Nommanic's older sister, and overall has a nonchalant personality. However, she is incredibly serious when racing or battling.
Kart: Dry Bomber, but can use any kart from MKDS with a high handling stat.
Special Item: Fireball, Iceball, or Explosive. The Fireball is fired and knocks opponents back, the Iceball is fired and freezes opponents, and the Explosive explodes after a 3 second delay.
Special Abilities: Pyrokinesis and Mind Reading.
DD Partner: Nommanic
Age: 28
Pair Group: Phanto if he joins.

Toad
Is an easygoing mushroom who is the servant of Peach. He can be kind and happy, almost to the point of being youthful.
Kart: Toad Kart
Special Item: Golden Mushroom
Special Abilities: Quick Powerslide
DD Partner: Toad

Toadette
Is a spunky and animated friend of Toad who is the partner of Toad in Mario Kart: Double Dash. When she's distressed, she becomes timid or stubborn.

Special Abilities: Fall Recovery
DD Partner: Toadette
Age: 13

Personality: you already know
They're partners
Special Item: Potion (+50 HP, if y'know, an item hits them instead of the kart [Kev and Stella have a max HP of 100]{yay more useless information!})
Special Abilities: Stella can use any lighting elemental spells (Bolt, a chunk of damage to one person, Gigavolt, a chunk of damage to everyone else, and Electric Fence, a spell which defends her from physical attacks.) and Cocoon, which allows her to access dark pearl elemental spells (Pearl Bolt. A chunk of damage to one target. More effective on undead or death allies. Since I don't think there are any zombies in this fanfic, Stella shouldn't need to use this.). Kevin can use any magic. When casting spells, they're temporarily unable to do anything else. (Example: Kevin is driving and Stella is using items.
If Stella casts magic, while preparing the attack, no items can be used. If Kevin casts a spell, NO ONE IS DRIVING THE KART!)
Goodness that took up a lot of space
Age: Uhm I guess they're about teenaged
Weapons: Kevin is equipped with Centurion's Sword and Star Beam (a bow). Stella is equipped with Star Blade and just a normal bow lol

Explorers
He is a strange, unknown-to-humankind species, looking like a 3-dimensional shadow. He is quite a screen addict; almost never do you find him without the music of his favorite video game, Geometry Dash, playing in the background. He was born with a cat mask, and prefers to leave it on. On the outside he's a smart aleck and a stereotypical teenager, but on the inside he is quite passionate and caring.
Special item: invisibility flower - much like the boo from mario kart 8 deluxe but it doesn't steal an item, just makes you invisible from one minute.
He is 15 in his years, which is one month in our years.
He drives the Wild Wiggler ATV from MK8DX.

Explorer
He is a Biddybuddy from the mario series. He is optimistic guy, always looking on the bright side of life. He longs to travel the world, and going on world tours racing is just the perfect way to do it! He overall hates the company of Explorers, but is his DD partner.
Special item: Flower Bud: much like a banana, but it only sits on the ground during laps one & two, then buds in lap three and makes anyone who hits it spin out. Note that it does not disappear when hit, and can only be planted in places that have earthen ground, i.e. dirt or sand.
He is 13 years old.
He drives the Biddybuggy ATV from MK8DX.

Lakitu: To start the season, let's have a race on Figure-8 Circuit!

Lakitu: Alright, racers. You know the deal. Are you ready?

(Music Start)
(Everyone gets a lemon start.)
Lakitu: Aww... bad to see that happen. Now, the racers are recovering and speeding to the first turn! They grab their items, with Blue and Red in first, Silver and Crystal in second, and Ruby and Sapphire in third! Everyone else is clawing for fourth! Crystal pulled a whip, and-
*crack!*
Lakitu: -and manages to hit Blue and Red with it! Now, Silver and Crystal are in first, with Ruby and Sapphire in second! Blue starts powersliding and bumps into Ruby! Meanwhile, Yellow pulled a heavy weight and threw it at Blue and Red! But it missed!
(The crowd awws.)
Lakitu: Pearl pulls a triple mushroom, and advances to third, knocking Ruby out of the way and stealing his gun! Pearl shoots at Silver with it...
...and hits!
(The crowd cheers.)
Lakitu: Silver drops to fifth, while Green and Yellow switch. They are at the second lap now! Green pulls an explosion, and throws it to the front of the pack! Kaboom!
(The crowd cheers.)
Yellow is in first place, with Silver in second place. Crystal pulls a whip, again, and lashes forward! It hits!
(The crowd cheers.)
Lakitu: The racers are approaching the third item box now... but the random GF pulled a shock from the second item box and uses it!
(The crowd cheers.)
Lakitu: Now, the rankings are Yellow in first, Gold in second, and everyone else clawing... for third. Sapphire pulls a knife, and throws it at Gold's kart, but misses!
(The crowd awws.)
Lakitu: Now, we are in the third lap!!
(Music Change)
(The crowd cheers.)
Lakitu: The rankings are: Yellow in first, Gold in second, and everyone else in third. Red pulls a mushroom... ...drops back... ...and knocks everyone around him out!
(The crowd cheers.)
Lakitu: Green and Yellow switch again... and Green pulls an explosive! She throws it backward, and hits the back of the pack!
(The crowd cheers.)
Lakitu: As they are recovering, Pearl pulls a piece of candy- NO WAIT DON'T EAT IT!
(The crowd murmurs in surprise.)
Lakitu: Anyways, it seems like Pearl also pulled a Triple Shroom, and gets to third! Blue and Red switch, and Blue pulls a gun at the last turn! He uses it, and it hits Diamond! Now, Pearl and Diamond have to switch, and Red uses this chance to steal back third! Now, Sapphire pulls a Mushroom, and Crystal pulls a Whip. Who is mightier: the mushroom or the whip? We will find out soon enough. Meanwhile, Green finishes first, Gold second, Red third, and Pearl fourth! Now the moment of truth...
(The crowd cheers.)
Lakitu: THE MUSHROOM WINS!!
(The crowd cheers again.)
Lakitu: Sapphire used the mushroom, stole the Whip, and lashed back!

Lakitu: As the racers approach the first turn, Pro Karter #2 pulls a shock!
(The audience cheers when he uses it.)
Nommanic: What?! A shock at first? ... a banana. (Not much use, anyway.)- *gets shot with an arrow* OOOWWW!!!
Harper: See ya, sucker-
(In one swift motion, Opulent jumps out of the kart and swings Harper into the ground while setting the her kart on fire.)
Toad: Someone get security!
Toadette: Oh! A golden mushroom!
Lakitu: And Toadette pulls a stupid golden mushroom- OW! I GOT A SHOCK!
Stella: ...it was worth it.
Kevin: And don't you dare insult a Toad or Toadette again.
(The crowd boos.)
Fireboy: A flame bomb... I'll see what I can do with this.
(He throws the bomb and hits 17 out of the 30 Pro Karters. The crowd boos.)
Pro Karter #12: That almost hit me!
Pro Karter #4: That is what you deserve.
Pro Karter #12: Hey! How dare you! Hiyah!
(The Pro Karters start fighting.)
Leader: Don't you dare start! Into the office after this race!
Lakitu: Pro Karters 1 to 12 and their Leader are in first, with Opulent and Nommanic in stinkin- second place- AAARGH! THE CLOUD IS BURNING!
(The crowd boos Opulent.)
Lakitu: Wh-while Toad and Toadette are in stupid third- YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH!!!
Stella: You'll regret it.
Lakitu: M-meanwhile th-the racers a-are approaching the third item box.
Nommanic: Nice, a mushroom!
Lakitu: And Nommanic, by blind luck- YAAAAARGH!! -anyways! He p-pulls a mushroom and drives through Pro Karters #5 to #12! The racers and approaching the underpass section, but Opulent and Nommanic seem to be fainting!

Everyone: WAIT WHAT
GamerGuy: Oh, no. I hate this track.
Mimi: Welcome... to Broken Pier!
Woodboy: Wait now that doesn't make sense you were supposed to be dead back there.
Mimi: WAIT WHAT
Nommanic: Guys, the Pro Karters are already approaching the third lap.
Green: I'll take care of them.
(The road in front of the Pro Karters disappear. )
Pro Karter #10: WHAT WAS THAT?!?
Pro Karter #3: Hush.
GamerGuy: Uhh hey Nommanic think we can switch places?
(Nommanic switches with GamerGirl.)
GamerGuy: That's better. Thanks!
(Everyone gets to the end.)
Explorer: Now what?
Kevin: I dunno.
Green: Hold up...
(Green makes the Pro Karters fall, then Yellow resets the track for everyone else, who go through the lap line again.)
