baby park it's just a circle
baby park is actually a pretty good track, because of the fact that there are 9 laps to it. That allows for ridiculous bagging, like 2-3 laps behind bagging and you can still come back. Not the best track, but far from the worst.

But for actually the worst track, it's close between excitebike and dry dry desert (i hate it, idk why just the feeling of playing on it doesn't feel good)

Excitebike Area Is the WORST track in all Mariokart History and there is a lot to prove like it’s simple layout, even though GCN Baby Park and Sky High Sundae have similar layouts, at-least they’re fun to race on, while Excitebike area is just a boring oval with ramps
I agree with you on every points.I personally dislike Tour Sky-High Sunday but I think Baby Park is just the only goofy aah race that we have in Mario Kart. It's the only 7 laps track too and is fun to play with all the chaos happening (however it's still missing the Bowser Shell bouncing around in the track...)

It's an oval, Baby Park isn't even that bad... if to be honest, its actually kinda fun!
These are the worst tracks in my opinion:
The best way to have Fun on Baby Park is to play the Original. The Course is Wild because of how Flat the Walls are and how Items are always flying over the Walls resulting you to Spin Out. While it is a Dull Layout, it makes up for it with it's Chaos.
