Description:

Hello, I'm Nodac64! Just a regular Mario Kart PC player!
I don't have much to say so HAVE A ROTTEN DAY!

~~ The most valuable players ~~
@TheVincenzo The first guy I met on MKPC Online.
He's the one guy who told me EVERYTHING about this site. Without him, I probably wouldn't be active on this site.

@Anthcny This guy is an incredibly good french player and mostly in Time Trials.
He's a really fun and great guy to play with, always enjoying Mario Kart for the fun and chaos it brings!
His challenges are really good and creative (go check out his gambling challenges), and he also contributes a lot for the game itself! Without him, the POW Block item wouldn't be existing in Mario Kart PC today.

@WaterBeat This player is the #1 on Lounge Leaderboard and is also an OG player who joined in 2016. Today he is in the Top 5 of the best players of this game.
He is a truly incredible track maker, he always gives tips and feedbacks that help people.
He taught me Reverse Drifting, Item play and a lot of other techniques that really helped me improve.

@JPG He is the #1 on Time Trial Leaderboard and in the Top 5 of the best players of this game.
He was here everytime I asked him to help me, he helped me practice every single Ultra Shortcuts in the game and also taught me a lot about everything I needed to know.

@Wal68 An OG player who joined in 2016, he's for me one of the nicest and chillest guy in the site.
He's the guy who brought me to Battle Mode AND Boss Battle Challenges.
He makes incredibly hard and creative challenges that gave me a lot of inspiration. It's thanks to him that today I became so good at Challenges and Battle Mode.

@TheNudgyHampter He’s a fun guy to play with, providing entertainment during lounges. He also provides great support with track creation, though sometimes he can be a bit harsh with his comments :s

I made a challenge that might not follow rule number 2. I don't want to waste hours just to get a rejected challenge, can somebody tell me if "Complete the track in VS mode, in 50cc, by driving backwards, without going backwards, without drifting, without reverse drifting, without touching the walls, with 1 participant" on https://mkpc.malahieude.net/circuit.php?id=161232 is too hard for MKPC standards???
Rule 2 states that challenges have to be GENUINELY impossible (which means that there is no known way in Mario Kart PC to do it).

We've already had a few challenges taking 10+ hours to beat so if you want to make a challenge that takes hours, go ahead! It will not be rejected even if it takes hours to complete.
However I just want to warn you that this will very probably be a self accomplishment as nobody in the Mario Kart PC community will want to waste their time beating this challenge. Imagine if you're on Lap 9 at the end and you mess up after hours.

Who did and rejected the challenge बहुत बड़ी देरी ? If you are that person, you were right! It was silly! (That's actually why I marked it as easy)
I did. What was the challenge already?

There, you have to wait for every CPU to cross the finish line.
Challenges have to require some effort. No point calling it "challenge" if it's not a challenge. There you have the reason of rejection.

One funny and surprisingly useful trick for Reverse Drifters is called the “Coque Strat”. It's a strategy where releasing a super mini-turbo (refered to as SMT), while reversing into a wall, all while facing away from the wall at the exact moment a Blue Shell explodes causes the player to be launched forward at high speed.

Useful when the Blue Shell stops you right before crossing the finish line!

also I may or may not have discovered an interesting version of the Coque strat, but I will not claim that I have until I am almost certain.
I'm interested, can you elaborate?

First, I have to say that this is probably useless.

ok, now that's out of the way, here's what I have discovered (or not)

To do this variation, you don't need to hold reverse and let go, so timing doesn't matter. What you need is a wall. By going to the edge of the wall, and either, releasing a mini turbo of any kind, using a mushroom or boost from other types of mushrooms (including ground mushrooms), the accelerate key or mobile floors. (maybe bumps idk I'm by myself). By having a boost and being at a wall, you will get launched over. Holding the accelerate key when the blue shell strikes will not send you over the wall.

The requirement to go over the wall is to be at the very edge, where you can't go forward anymore, and to have a positive value on the speedometer.

The more parallel to the wall you face, the further you get launched.

Sometimes speed makes you stop before the wall. If you're unable to move forward during that time and the blue shell strikes, you will still get launched over.)

This doesn't work when facing towards a corner at a corner because you are unable to move forwards (get a positive value on the speedometer). Also this works for bomb-ombs as well (and dark shells)

You don't need to be at the edge of the wall at the start, you just need to be there when the blue shell strikes.

How to do this wall thing without items:
Spoiler [ShowHide]
Drive towards the wall. Just before the blue shell strikes, let go of accelerate, and the momentum you gained while accelrating will keep you moving forward. When the blue shell comes down, you will be launched forward.

I'm not done recording them all, here are the ones I have

Using mini-turbos:

Using mini-turbos again (further):

Using mushrooms:

Using mushrooms again:

at this point it's not related to coque strat at all

Credits: Commands to get items (eg. blue shell) in my item slot (helped me during testing)
Nodacyclone64's topic about every item (including blue shells)
Well I'll tell you, in the topic explaining how item works as well as giving some tips I explained how to do Coque Strat in the most efficient way.
But all the examples you've shown are you doing the Coque Strat in different variants basically. We already knew this was a bug in the game and knew what was causing it.
But it's great that you could discover what you didn't know yet yourself! :)
