Yes, you heard that right! I have spent almost 200 in game days in a Minecraft world where I made around 24 different custom Mario Kart tracks, starting about a year ago. Recently, I got Mario Kart World and was inspired to create intermissions between most of my tracks. Unfortunately, I don't have a Microsoft account so I can't share the world or anything, but I will probably recreate the tracks here once I complete the final cup of Super Mario Kart Reworked!

Wow!

Unfortunate that nobody can see it.

I am also currently making Mario Kart in Minecraft! I am 450 in game days in (creative mode and not sleeping in game) and so far I have made 10 af the 12 cups I am planning to make! I still dont know how to share things on Minecraft (I play on my phone, so pocket edition) and I was going to make a topic about it when all 12 cups were done, but this seems cool as well and I am also sad that I can't see what you created.

Well I'm going to try to recreate all 5 cups (with 5 tracks in each) here, though the tracks won't be in 3D anymore. I'll list them below.
Overworld Cup:
Steve Circuit (generic Circuit track)
Blue Blue Beach (a track like Koopa Beach 1 without the islands)
Ghoulish Graveyard (A tight track around a graveyard)
Acacia Interstate (A small highway loop with a tunnel)
Factory Frolic (A track around a industrial power plant)
Cave Cup:
Super Circuit (Another generic track that I'm not proud of...)
Disco Driveway (A tight track themed around a dance floor)
Penguin Peril (A track just like N64 Sherbet Land)
Royal Canyon (A mansion in the middle of a mesa valley)
Mysterious Manor (A spooky mansion with a green ghostly track)
Nether Cup:
Retro Raceway (A chaotic race with a neon 1980s theme)
Danger Desert (A generic desert track with dangerous cacti)
Sky Circuit (A short circuit on top of a cloud)
Moonlight City (A dense city, with multiple paths to take)
Red Hot Road (A Nether themed tracks where you race through a fortress)
End Cup:
Paradise Valley (A jungle track on top of a lake where you race through dangerous caves)
Snowy Speedway (A snowy track that has you racing off the side of a mountain)
Turbine Deck (My personal favorite tracks, where you race on a giant symmetrical airship with a giant turbine section that you race through)
Fiery Fortress (A Bowser's Castle track where you race through a dangerous fiery castle with multiple paths)
Rainbow Raceway (Rainbow Road spinoff)
Bonus Cup:
Prince's Castle (A track where you race through a castle and through its gardens)
Construction Craziness (A chaotic construction site that has you race through uncompleted buildings)
Moonlight City II (An extended version of Moonlight City)
Turbine Deck II (An extended version of my favorite track)

How do the karts work? Did you use minecarts or a mod or anything like that?

I use the free All the Wool add-on (I play on Bedrock, in case you're wondering)

IF you download an mod (ice boat rasing) in to Minecraft you can make so that you can go up blocks (/boatmode BU) and that every thing feels like blue ice or packed ice
