I just experienced a power outage. Has this happened to you too?

I just experienced a power outage in my city. I was doing something when the power cut out in my house, leaving me in total darkness. It did take a while for the lights to come on again. The internet was taken with the outage too, but it's back online. Has this happened to you as well? If it did, what could have caused it?

I'm pretty sure this happens to everybody. I have recently experienced two power outages, due to snow and storms breaking power lines and blowing up transformers.

Tends to happen, I wouldn't worry. Was there a storm/snow at the time? Bc if so it would make even more sense

I had one recently that lasted like 6 hours lol

Didn't have one last night no. But we did lose internet for a few seconds. My dad was having trouble connecting his phone to the TV
