the grand prix is too hard

I been using dasiy to play the game and every time im in first one of the cpu's catches up to me fast even when im far away in 1st they catch up to me fast is. There a way to low the diffiult on there?

The point is to challenge yourself, no reward if you just cheat with easy solutions, you are going to have to do that yourself. If you want to unlock them though you have to beat a certain number of custom cups and beat all of the MKPC Grand-Prix tracks. It is pointless though as you can just use custom characters in the menu, as stated by osc-omb.
