I like reverse drifting, the problem however is, if you mess up, like touch off-road for example, you stop completely, and you have to let go of the acceleration button for a few seconds

Never learned it, have no interest to. Seems cool but tech like that just seems like it'd waste my patience perfecting.

How to solve this problem which takes 1 seconds: accelerate backwards and drift until you get a blue drift and release the drift and hop + you also get a boost if you hit the road and the drift boost is still working.

Well a possible update to the offroad could be made to fix this problem you have, where your kart could gradually slow down until it goes to offroad speed and reverse drifting could just give you small boosts or could do nothing who knows and this could fix your off road problem. However i dont see this coming to mkpc soon
