What was your first Nintendo console?

My first one was the New Nintendo 2DS XL and my first game ever was Mario Kart 7, I miss my 2DS I had it for 3 years until it broke.

Mine was the Nintendo Wii ten years ago. I had trouble making the gyro appear on the screen. I didn't even know Mario Kart. Those were the times. I even had Mario Party 9 that came out after I was born after Leap Day.

The WiiU was my first ever console that I'm pretty sure I got in 2014.

But since someone mentioned a handheld, my first was my blue 3ds xl which I believe I got in 2013 for free from my friend who didn't really use it. It came with a lot of games and I even made my own nintendo network account. But it unfortunately broke.
