A Problem With Lap Changes

I wanted to create the Mario Kart 9 tracks here, but Complete Mode is too complicated for me. I was trying to do something similar to Sweet Galaxies, but the track is too known for it's visuals and lap override.

I want some day a complete map overhaul, with a big update to make map creation easier, and to make the maps wider and bigger (I know I'm not the one managing the game but if that's too much work,I'm sorry)
