The https://i.postimg.cc/25jbrsBF/pow.png POW Block was never officially announced on the website, it was only announced on the Discord Server. Thus, only a few people know the existence of this item.
I've posted a news listing all the bug fixes and changes that were made around 2 months ago and the POW Block was mentionned in it.
