With MKPC 4 on its way, I thought we would do a tournament for MKPC 2 Deluxe!
For this tournament, there will be 4 teams and we will do 16 races.
This takes about 40 minutes.
Tournament Starts on Wednesday 16th Of July, at 17:45PM BST. I will Not be changing the date, So only Sign up if you can make it.
To sign up, choose which team you want to be on.

Help with resizing an image in complete mode

I was hoping to create a faithful remake of N64 Moo Moo Farm. I've already made an N64 Luigi Raceway remake, but the image was quite large and it takes a while to play, so I wanted to improve on that for Moo Moo Farm. However, I can't figure out how to resize the image. I've done some research and found it should be in the options tab, but my interface looks like this:
Any help in finding the problem is much appreciated. I realize it could be to do with my pasting an image link rather than uploading an image, but I can't get that to work, either:

1.There should be a limit of 6,000vr in online mode
2. Remove all items except from the blue shell
3. Make online battle the only online mode
4. Rename the site to 'Boring Kart PC'
5. Make DS RR even narrower
6. Ban anyone who says the letter 'e'
7. If someone gets last in a race with more than 4players, they get banned for 3 days
8. Remove the ability to change your name
Example of 6: This suggstion is rally bad oops i said th lttr '' in it

btw with some of those suggestions I agree, but they can't make the graphics Wii's graphics cause they don't have the scenes and sprites for Mario kart wii
