Fire flower would be too OP, ice flower would be WAY too OP, and I'm not sure how the boomerang would work in this game without being extremely laggy

9. a couple of people have fanmade Vanilla Lake 2 tiles so it could happen, but the other tiles are too similar to another track piece so it would be pretty much useless
10. good idea, but battle cups use a different URL ["battle.php" as opposed to "map.php"] so I'm not sure how that would work
