How can you tell
I can confirm MKPC has actually changed a lot, using the Wayback Machine. The furthest it goes is December 17 2017 and like there is A LOT of differences.
And we can go back even further because before 2017 MKPC had a different url, so we can go back to 2012

Je sais pas si c'est un bug ou une màj mais je ne vois plus de flag counter nulle part sur MKPC, ni sur la page d'accueil ni dans les messages!

Alors premièrement je conçois parfaitement que tu sois très jeune (faut dire que à cet âge j'étais uniquement active sur Scratch), et que quand t'as cet âge t'as pas réellement tous les codes sociaux nécessaires (non pas que je les ai en étant quasi adulte mais tkt)
Justement faut pas que tu oublies que ça reste une communauté assez complexe, avec un énorme gap entre un forum avec beaucoup de jeunes de ton âge (dont beaucoup d'anglophones) et ceux sur discord qui sont par défaut plus agés, donc théoriquement plus matures (spoiler au lieu d'être immatures ils font des blagues borderline racistes/homophobes/transphobes/antisémites/islamophobes et j'en passe), donc bon premier conseil, fais très attention à qui tu échange, certains ici sont des goats, d'autres je sais même pas pourquoi ils sont encore là
Ensuite c'est vrai que les règles sont à refaire, beaucoup manquent de nuances, de détails et certaines sont juste plus applicables, malheureusement ça fait des années que ça bouge pas, en 2023 alors que j'étais modo j'avais essayé de pousser pour faire ça, spoiler on a rien foutu :/ mais du coup pour avoir des bases, de 1 évite de faire des topics pour tout et rien, si t'as une question ou un avis assez aléatoire y a logiquement le topic Space For Anything (bien que 99% du temps anglophone encore), de 2 c'est con mais soit respectueux envers ton prochain, à moins que le boug en face t'ai insulté de tous les noms pour aucune raison valable, bah le respect se doit d'être mutuel, et si quelqu'un ne l'est pas avec toi n'hésite pas à signaler ça à la modération (de préférence un modo francophone genre @Invu), sachant que le bouton de signalement est pas réellement efficace le mieux c'est d'envoyer directement un message privé au modo en question (espace membres -> si un modo est online tu cliques sur le pseudo -> Discuter, ou alors Toutes vos conversations -> tu tapes le pseudo exact du modo dans la barre de recherche, ça sera vu une fois le modo en ligne)
Et de 3, n'oublie absolument pas que ça reste un jeux auquel on a accolé un forum et un serv discord pour causer, jsp ton activité sur le jeu lui même mais n'hésite absolument pas, ah et joue Daisy ou un perso custom avec ses stats c'est de LOIN le meilleur perso du jeu xD
Bref un LONG pavé, sache que bon t'as bientôt 12 ans, c'est pas la fin du monde si ça se passe mal dans une communauté sur internet, attention je ne nie pas ce que ça peut amener comme conséquence de merde, mais ne te prends pas trop le crâne pour ça, tu est en pleine croissance et comme tout le monde y a toujours plus à apprendre, et si t'as d'autres question, encore une fois n'hésite pas, et puis j'ai probablement omis pas mal d'infos par oubli x)
