I followed the topic, I would make tracks for it but totally lost the passion, I feel like I can't come up with something creative, if I had to make a track right now it would just be an elevated version of my seaside island coastline tracks or my night city tracks. So to be honest, I would rather not make anything than make the same thing time and time again.

Well... I guess I'm going to wait until next month, since it's 5 days until May 2024's TBC's deadline...
I think what's holding some people back is simply the fact that you are choosing complicqted themings. For a TBC, simpler themes work much better because every contestant has their own way to work with the given theme. While if you choose Easter for example, most people will most likely just have a neon green track with cherry blossom trees, chocolate eggs and bunnies.

What's the May TBC?
I don't know, I was thinking of a Star Wars themed TBC, but I'm not sure if it's really fitting (reference to May the 4th being Star Wars day in some countries)...
What about a Mongolian track, as May 1st is supposedly the birthday of the Great Father Chinggis Khaan (Genghis Khan to non-Mongolians)?
Might be a little too specific and might discourage people from participating

If I'm being completely honest, Mar10 day, is a minor holiday, and all that really happens is everyone dresses up like mario characters, but how do you make a track around that?

TruePro's ban is a mistake, I unbanned him manually and gave a non IP ban to his alleged alts, so this is either an error we cannot fix once and for all, or the fact he is creating alt accounts and doing forbidden things with them
Did you make sure you banned ALL of the truepro alts

I only gave a non IP ban to those I knew were already banned, I don't know if there are others. But the creation of alts without permission is forbidden in itself

Create a blacklist that bans all slurs and nsfw words (including misspellings) to be censored in online chat, forums, and usernames

The amount of these slurs spammers is too much to the point where my theory is that they are all the same person using vpn
They can't all be the same person, as I said sure of them are alts but there are many trolls online who put such names as their username and I honestly doubt it's only one person, especially over the span of 6+ years: who the hell is still interested in making these after 6 years?

Some of them are definitively alts (f###tard1 to 9...) but some aren't. And why do they do this? Because they have too much free time, are dumb, stupid, probably 10 years old, and think stuff like this is funny, but it's not.
And I don't feel like doing any research or investigation regarding these people, they are honestly a huge waste of time.

Lately there has been an issue with more and more players creating profiles with innapropriate usernames such as slurs, curse words, NSFW words and so on. This has been an ongoing issue since forever, but it has slightly increased. New members are actively trying to report these accounts, which we ban and sometimes rename.
However this topic is becoming way too important and blown out of proportion now. Some members have reported over eighty accounts at the same time and asked us for a ban and a rename. Most of these accounts had their last activity between 2019 and 2023, which means they are not accounts that are currently causing harm to the community.
As moderators, it is our job to ban such accounts in order to keep the site appropriate and prevent as much harm as possible on this community. However, these accounts are no harm and just went unnoticed. It is unnecessary to report them and ridiculous to expect us to actually ban all of them. There are so much of these.
So the conclusion is that reporting recent accounts that you stumble across because they are actually active is fine. But do not search up these accounts on purpose, it is a waste of your time and of our time.
