"Don't make me lose it" go ahead and lose it, but you will be rewarded with sanctions, because getting mad over this is not only immature but also ridiculous. You cannot just be that obssessed with an "issue" like this and be angry at other people for not giving a fuck. WRYoshi is right, the game takes time, good things take time, learn patience, take a chill pill and stop worrying so much.
Btw addressing something I saw on some profiles, I don't really think I'm overly rude or strict. The site just needs to be moderated, and rules need to be enforced. I am very open minded though so Im willing to discuss this and listen to you, and take advice in DMs.

I have been seeing this Course (Pictured Bellow) a lot and created by Different People Giving the Course Different Names. The Courses also have a Dendency to be poorly Designed for some reason. Does anyone know who Created this Course Originally and what is it's Original Name?

We do not need more mods at the moment, this has always been an issue, but just like the forum overall, it seems to be getting worse. There is nothing else we can do than banning them, renaming them, but honestly I can't be asked to rename all of them.

Now as for TendoKiddo, I'm pretty smart and probably could wrap my head around shutting down his VPN or IP masker. Not only do I have experience, I'm also very quick with pests, whether it be an insect or a person.
I'm the computer guy who knows a good bit about servers, so don't go around being an insulter of those who long for a good cause.
There are a few ways to hunt him down:
Track his location as sites have location tracking.
Find his IP for that time and ban his IP. Try to find relations in the adress: is there a constant 3 digits every IP?
