@WeegeeWogic / @-LakituNRefridge- : Uses his Switch to play the game... I think that's all I need to say for you to see he's a cool guy. Plays F-Zero 99, and some other stuff...

For Mario Kart PC? Unless it's a GIF, the game will let you do it. Just go to "edit image" in the character editor.

To get rid of the white outline, you'll have to edit the image on your computer. The white in the outline may be just slightly different then the rest of the background.
It's really annoying.
