For Mario Kart PC? Unless it's a GIF, the game will let you do it. Just go to "edit image" in the character editor.

To get rid of the white outline, you'll have to edit the image on your computer. The white in the outline may be just slightly different then the rest of the background.
It's really annoying.

Unfortunately, that's not how gravity works. They'd have to choose to swallow it, even if they were flipped upside-down. In this scenario, they'd be more likely to spit the vodka out.

Special Abilities: Stella can use any lighting elemental spells (Bolt, a chunk of damage to one person, Gigavolt, a chunk of damage to everyone else, and Electric Fence, a spell which defends her from physical attacks.) and Cocoon, which allows her to access dark pearl elemental spells (Pearl Bolt. A chunk of damage to one target. More effective on undead or death allies. Since I don't think there are any zombies in this fanfic, Stella shouldn't need to use this.). Kevin can use any magic. When casting spells, they're temporarily unable to do anything else. (Example: Kevin is driving and Stella is using items.
If Stella casts magic, while preparing the attack, no items can be used. If Kevin casts a spell, NO ONE IS DRIVING THE KART!)
