If you already have a track that fits the theme, you can use that (like scratchy circuit)
Scratchy Circuit was a test.
Otherwise I have a full mode nitro track with this theme, and it's Mario Stadium, but it's made with quick mode parts...

If the restriction is retro (the current one is beginner) then you have to build a retro track. If it is not (like the current one) then you have to build a nitro track
