Because the high numbers will be more popular and if multiple people chose the same number, they cancel out and you lose that number
For example: 157 and 285 and 849 would cause the 8s to cancel out and the 5s to cancel out and adding them up, would cause 8, 2 and 13

Since Toadboiiiii private messaged me the correct answer (prickly goomba) EA2022 is eliminated. You now need to private message me 3 numbers with the goal of them being high. If I see any number repeat, they get removed. Whoever has the highest total of remaining numbers gets to skip straight to the finals. The other 3 will have a deciding game, for who also gets to join the finals

Private message me 3 1 digit numbers which you don’t think anyone else chose. If someone else chose it, people who chose that number won’t have it count. You want to add up to the highest amount
